In your HUB platform, you may not be able to find the product you are looking for for several reasons:

  • When you are on the "My Query"if theGTIN is not present, it may be grouped with anotherGTIN.

    Action:You can find this grouping GTIN in the module "Summary"(details on the articleCode management)

  • It is not part of your market definition

  • The product is not yet commercialised and OpenHealth has not yet integrated it into its all-product repository.

    You can check its presence in the all-product repository via access to the HUB applicationMP4U

    Action:in the last 2 cases, you can submit an application forPRODUCT INTEGRATION
