Definition

For a given product, stockist digital distribution compares the number of stockist pharmacies to the total number of pharmacies.

Calculation

Stockist digital distribution = number of stockist pharmacies / total number of pharmacies

Example

For product A, a digital stockist distribution of 50% means that one in two pharmacies stores product A at the end of the month.

Tip

The stockist digital distribution is calculated in the same way as the selling digital distribution but by taking into account the criterion of stock rather than that of sale.

On a product selection, a pharmacy is considered stockist if it stores at least 1 product from the selection.

Terminology

The stockist digital distribution can be written DNS. It is translated into English by Numeric distribution Stock or ND Stock.
