In the personal area of the new OpenHealth website new functions are available.
3 types of users have been created:
Standard users: USER they see the applications they have access to and can create and track a ticket.
Intermediate users: MIDDLE USER - see the applications they have access to, can create and track a ticket and can perform MAMs online.
Power users: POWER USER they can see the applications they have access to, can create and track a ticket , can perform MAMs online. and can create, delete or modify the accounts of other USERS or MIDDLE USERS.
