Expresses the total dosage of active ingredient of a product present in a can (consumer units)

Let's take the example of a box containing 30 capsules (BUs or base units) each containing 50 milligrams of the active ingredient PA.
The dosage of active ingredient in the box is:
Number of base units in the box x dosage of active ingredient in one base unit
I.e.: 30 capsules x 50 MG = 1,500 MG of the active ingredient PA for one box.

The indicator dosage of active ingredient per box can be translated into English as "Dosage of active ingredient per package".

This indicator is only available for pharmacy data and only for medicines with a WHO ATC class.
