Favourites allow you to saveselections and to find them easily when you use the application later.
They also make it possible toshare product selections from one user to another (such as market definitions), thanks to the "SHARED:"

Toponymy :

We recommend that you follow the following rules of toponymy to facilitate the use of favourites:

The favourite must have the following traceability:

  • Creation date: 250210

  • a descriptive course: Vitality market

  • The initials of the operator who created the favourite: CC

The result is: 250210-Marché vitalité_CC

1 - How do I create a favourite?

1. Click on the symbol "Resources" :

3. Click on "create a favourite " :

4. Confirm the name of the Favourite :

Locking a favourite

Lock the selection before creating the Favourite. This keeps the favourite permanently displayed.

2 - How do I edit a Favourite?

1. Click on the "Resources"then "favourite"Click on the button at the top left of your screen:

2. Open your Favourite, then update as required.

3.Re-open the Favourites tab,right-click or press the small dots on your rightyou will see a small "i"appear.

4. Click on this "ithenclick on "update favouriteto save changes

5.Confirm to modify the Favourite, then your Favourite will be modified.

Limitation : Only the owner of the favourite or an administrator can modify the favourite.

3 - How do I share a favourite?

3.1. Sharing a Favourite with everyone in your organisation

You can share your favourite withall the people of your organisation by simply mentioning :SHARED:

Note: "SHARED:" (with a space) is also compatible.

For example, to share the bookmark "Sales Analysis August 2019", you would add the suffix :SHARED: Sales analysis August 2019

3.2. Sharing a Favourite with just one person in your organisation

You can share a favourite withone person of your organisation by filling in itsemail address in the "Description" field.

Please note that, in this case, you must not put the word "SHARED:", as this could result in it being shared with everyone in your organisation (see 3.1. above).

Special features: in the Multiple Period Analysis module, favourites are linked to themode of the table; "Table with advanced indicators" or "Table with turnover and volume".

If your favourite contains advanced indicators (ND, WD, WASP, etc.), remember to switch to "Table with advanced indicators", otherwise only your "dimensions" will be displayed in the table.

It is possible tosave configuration via favourites(example: order of columns in a table, sort order or presence of labels on a graph).

To do this, simply tick the box marked "Save the layout"When creating a favourite :

4 - How do I change the caption of a Favourite?

1. Click on the "Resources "then "favourite "Click on the button at the top left of your screen:

2.Right-click or press the three small dots to the right of your favourite, then click on "Details"..

Click on this "ithenclick on "edit detailsto modify the favourite (title, add a description, add "SHARED:" to share it)

5 - How do I duplicate a Favourite?

To extract the data for a Favourite with the last month due, for example, you need toduplicate a favourite.

To do this:

1. Click on the "favourite " :

2. Select the Favourite you wish to duplicate and create another Favourite, then save it under a new name after selecting the last month due.

6 - How do I delete a Favourite?

6.1. Deleting from the application

As illustrated below, here's how to delete a Favourite.

Note: In the case of a shared favourite (see next section),only the account that "owns" the Favourite can delete it from the application.

1. Click on the three dots or right-click.

2. Click on delete.

6.2. Deleting from the administration area

A POWER USER (the different user statuses) can delete any bookmark created by a user in its laboratory.

Of course, it is important to coordinate internally before taking any (irreversible) action.

To do this, simply go to the "My favourites"(see green box below) and use the squares on the right of the screen to select the Favourite(s) you wish to delete(see red box below).
