For each of your markets, your platform offers you the possibility to choose your own parameters for the integration of your new products :

1) Integrationwithorwithout validation from you about the latest news

2) Thefrequencyanddate of integration new products

Please note that only onePOWER USER can make this setting.

The qualifying field "Products statusThe "status of each product" can be monitored at any time.

1 - SETTING UP THE NEW FEATURES - PROCEDURE

1) After logging in with your login details, select"My Markets :

2) Then select "SETTING UP THE NEW FEATURES" :

The interface allows you to define for each of your markets :

  • Integrationwith or without validation from you about the latest news

  • Theintegration frequency new products

  • Thedate of integration new products

A summary of the settings for each market is availablebottom left of the page :

2 - DEFINITION OF THE DIFFERENT PRODUCT STATUSES

When a new product detected by OpenHealth matches your market definition, it appearsat the bottom of the page with the list of products in your market.

Its status ("Products status" column) depends on the settings you have made:

The 2 possible cases:

  • Choice 1:WITHOUT VALIDATION on your part

  • Choice 2:WITH VALIDATION on your part

Within "Choice 2 :WITH VALIDATION from you":

  • You can choosenot to store this productby giving it the status"EXCLUDED"

  • In case you want thevalidate before integrationthe product will have the status"PENDING" (as long as you have not validated it)

  • If youvalidate the product :

    • If the chosen integration frequency is daily: the product will have the status"ENABLED" and will be visible in your HUB application within 48 hours

    • If another frequency is chosen, the product will be "buffered" until the set date: during this time the status will be"BUFFERIZED until it becomes"ENABLED" the day of integration with your HUB applications

  • If you wish to remove an already integrated product from your analyses, you can set the status to"DISABLED"

On the right hand side of your page, a table showing a summary of the different statuses ("Products status") which have just been detailed concerning the management of new products :

The "Product status" field is both visible inyour portalandyour The HUB applications.

Summary of setting options :

3 - VALIDATION OF NEW PRODUCTS - PROCEDURE

Validation of new products is done via the same interface that allows you to modify the qualification of products:MAM

The products are displayed in the order of the "Products status" field:

1) PENDING VALIDATION (Pending)

2) PENDING INTEGRATION (Bufferized)

3) DISACTIVE (Disabled)

4) INTEGRATED WITH THE HUB (Enabled)

5) EXCLUDED (Excluded)
