A "CUSTOMER TYPE" is a division (= a non-geographic "sectorization") of pharmacies into different groups.

It is a personalized option available as part of a subscription " SALES & MARKETING " on The HUB platform.

This Customer Type can be of 2 types:

  • Personalized (be your own) - examples:
    - A / B / C / D / NON CLIENT
    - GOLD / SILVER / BRONZE / NON CLIENT

  • Standard (according to OpenHealth definition)

OpenHealth standard definitions

  • CUSTOMER TYPE "CA":

(Global annual turnover of the pharmacy - Public price including VAT); 9 strata:

001 - OVER 5M EUROS

002 - BETWEEN 4 AND 5M EUROS

003 - BETWEEN 3 AND 4M EUROS

004 - BETWEEN 2.5 AND 3M EUROS

005 - BETWEEN 2 AND 2.5M EUROS

006 - BETWEEN 1.5 AND 2M EUROS

007 - BETWEEN 1 and 1.5M EUROS

008 - BETWEEN 0.5 and 1M EUROS

009 - LESS THAN 0.5M EUROS

  • CUSTOMER TYPE "ZI":

(Implantation zone) - 4 strata:

001 - TOWN CENTER

002 - PERIPHERY

003 - CENTER SHOPPING

004 - RURAL ENVIRONMENT

Prerequisites

If this is your own definition, please send us these 2 prerequisites:

1) Please also complete the table below to make sure you understand the definition of your CUSTOMER TYPE:

2) Pharmacies file in the format specified below ( Link ) enriched with the desired qualification for the CUSTOMER TYPE.

Limitations

  • The Customer Type is only available in PHARMACIES

  • It is not possible to "cross" 2 or more different CUSTOMER TYPE in the same HUB application

  • The use of the "On and Off Prescription" selector crossed with a Territory Management subscription or a Customer Type is irrelevant

New

For subscriptions taken out from 15/09/2020, the Customer Type option is compatible with the modules Stock Analysis and Stock Evolution .
