GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Definition of a "sheet" or "module

A sheet or "module" is comparable to a page, it contains visualizations of your data in the form of graphs and tables for example.

Sheet overview

View all the sheets available in your subscription and click on the one of your choice to open it.

You can navigate directly from one sheet to another using the two arrows.

Choice of analysis indicators

For a sales analysis, click on one of the two buttons at the top right of your sheet and it will be displayed in green.

Drop-down menu

The selectors allow you to access additional modalities. Only one modality can be selected at a time

at a time per selector.

Choosing the analysis period

The selection of the analysis periods is done by clicking on one of the four buttons located at the top of the sheet and using the arrows.

Data traceability

The reminder of the market you are working on is located on the top left. The associated date corresponds to the date of the last sale of one of the products of the market you are working on.

For a better reading and navigation comfort, tables and graphs can be displayed in full screen

The graphs

A cursor allows you to view the data horizontally or vertically.

Navigating in a table

When you position your mouse cursor on a table, a grey scrollbar appears to the right of it.

Sorting in a table

Click on the column header to sort in descending order (indicated by a downward arrow) or ascending order (indicated by an upward arrow).

Search a table

Click on the magnifying glass icon to search for a modality by entering the first few letters.

Apply a filter in a table

Click on the magnifying glass icon in the row header to make one or more selections (in green).

Your selection appears in the greyed bar in the upper part of your sheet. This selection will be kept, during your navigation, in each of the available sheets.

The selections

You have several buttons to interact with the selections.

The cross to delete a current selection

The framed cross to delete all your current selections

The arrows to navigate between your previous or next selections like in your Internet browser

You can also review your selection to complete it by clicking on the field in question to see the filter for it

Exporting data

A right click on a graph or a table allows you to export it

to export it in several formats (image, pdf, excel).

Using Favorites

The favorites allow you to save your current selection

and to find it the next time you connect.

Click on the bookmark button at the top right of your screen.

Create a new favorite

Choose "Create a new favorite", give it a title and a description.

and a description.

It will then be visible in the "My favorites" section.

Delete or edit a favorite

Click on the that appears when you move your mouse over your favorite and then click on the pencil.

The narratives

The stories allow you to create your own analysis reports. In the form of a slide show, you can take screenshots of your graphs or tables using the camera and place them in a story that you have created.

User's manual

The manual details each sheet with an associated description (right pane). You can interact with the sheet from the manual or go directly to it using the "Go to sheet" button at the top of the manual.

The map

You can navigate the map with the following buttons:

allows you to set the content of the map and the background

allows you to zoom in (+) and out (-) on a specific area of the map

Allows you to return to the initial display of the map

allows you to display the map legend
