Understanding the difference between 2 extractions

You may sometimes notice a discrepancy between 2 data extractions from your Platform, made at 2 different times. Here are the main points to check

  1. Ensure that the period is "frozen". for the associated distribution channel(s). For example, data for Pharmacies (France) is frozen at D+5.

  2. Check that the perimeter is identical distribution channel / geographical territory / product scope (filters) / indicator / analysis period

    Some dashboards (in particular the "customisable analysis" module) include a list of the filters produced in the export (cell at top right with "filters:...").

  3. Check that there has been noupdate on product scope :

    • Product integration with sales over the period analysed

    • Update of theproduct qualification

    Example: product classified as "moisturising" then reclassified as "anti-ageing".. By its very nature, this implies movement on the data in these 2 segments.
