List of available information
‘Data actualisation’ : real-time details of update dates by distribution channel/territory/data type (see following paragraph for detailed description)
‘My products’ : list of all products (sold or unsold) included in your Marketplace and associated attributes.
‘Your subscription’ : complete summary of your subscription content
‘Traceability of data reloads’ : traceability of your application reloads and the upstream production chain
‘Fact missing data’ : monitoring of any data gaps in your applications (to avoid missing days)
Description of the ‘Data actualisation’ table
The first table in the module (‘Data actualisation’) provides two insights into data freshness by distribution channel/territory/data type:
Data that is up to date or not in relation to the standard deadline:
What is the last complete/“frozen” month (excluding actions on products that would impact back data (product integration/deletion, etc.) for the channel/territory/data type in question
Detailed description:
In this table, each row corresponds to the update date for a data type.
DATA PROVIDER: data supplier
NETWORK: distribution channel
TERRITORY: geographical area concerned
DATA: type of data (e.g. sales / AI (= ‘advanced indicators’ - AMS / ND / WD) / stocks
RULE WARNING: time limit after which the update is considered to be one day late compared to the standard time limit set by OpenHealth or another relevant data provider
RULE DELAYED: delay beyond which the update is considered to be more than one day late compared to the standard deadline set by OpenHealth or another relevant data provider
LAST DATA AVAILABLE: date of the most recent data available
STATUS : indicates whether or not there is a delay in the update:
OK : data up to date with respect to the standard delay for the channel/territory/type of data in question
Warning : 1 day late with respect to the standard delay
Delayed : > 1 day late with respect to the standard delay
LAST FIXED MONTH *: last complete ‘fixed’ month
