The objective of this module is to monitor the contribution of each site in terms of number of patients per site, season and per patient status:
Screened patients
Included patients
LCI positive patients
Sequenced patients
Sequenced patients with GISAID code
ORV positive patients
This data can be visualized per site or per hospital in each site and per season.
By default the data of the current season is visualized
The graph show the evolution of the data per month during the season.
An indicator show the proportion of LCI + in the chosen period and geographic area.
