Introduction

IAS® Poux is used to analyse the incidence of gastroenteritis in France on a daily basis. It is particularly well suited to monitoring the spatial and temporal evolution of gastroenteritis.

Products

For each of the IAS®, these are weighted baskets of medicines and healthcare products dispensed over the counter in pharmacies and pathology markers.

These market definitions have been the subject of research and are regularly reviewed to take account of changes in product scope and practices.
